New peeps are welcome.  Check with Rip or Wells the Friday before to see who&#8217;ll be there for coaching\/competition.<\/p>\n<p>Remember: Next local weightlifting meet is the Lock-N-Load Invitational at the Van Alstyne Fine Arts &#038; Convention Center on May 10.    Our fine colleagues at Spoon Barbell have invited Bone Unit to this meet.
