The class will be 45 minutes long and will include both strength (barbell, kettlebell) and conditioning (agility, speed, cardio) training in a small group setting.<\/p>\n<p><strong>First class is FREE.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Drop in price is $8 for WFAC members and $15 for non-gym members. Class time is 10am.
