But instead of using work to toughen you up in the very effective old way (100+ degrees is already expected this week), you’d like to get the most you can in shortest time possible. Get started by joining either of the two new conditioning groups at WFAC.
Ordinary Class: Tuesdays & Thursdays at 6pm
